These three beautiful, immaculate and very nicely finished houses and four studios are conveniently located on a nicely landscaped property in the heart of Placencia, close to shopping, banks, restaurants and the beach; the Caribbean Sea is an easy three minute walk away.

All three upstairs units have a well equipped kitchen with a full sized stove and refrigerator, separate bedrooms, a living area with couch, a private bathroom and a screened-in porch. One of the rentals has one bedroom, while the others have two separate bedrooms with queen or double beds. Ceiling fans make sure that you will get a cool night's sleep. The four new studios have A/C, a kitchenette, a queen size bed and a private bathroom. 

The beautiful courtyard for all guests with its trees, chairs and a picnic table is perfect for relaxing! All units have free wireless internet access and cable TV.
